ZIDEA was founded on a simple conviction: the analytics problems that matter most to regulated enterprises (multi-tenant AML, platform migrations, sovereign risk reporting) require specialists who have lived inside the platform, not generalists reading from a certification guide.
Before founding ZIDEA in 2014, Zaid spent 7+ years in systems and network administration, followed by 8+ years as Head of Enterprise Excellence Center at SAS Institute India, responsible for server sizing, performance benchmarking, and solution delivery across the region's largest SAS estates.
That combination, infrastructure fundamentals plus institutional SAS platform knowledge, set the template for how ZIDEA hires and delivers today: consultants who understand not just how to configure a platform, but why it behaves the way it does under real production load.
