How ZIDEA Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through this website, and the rights you have over it.

This policy applies to zidea.tech and is issued by ZIDEA Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore. It is written to meet our obligations under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and we apply the same standard to enquiries reaching us from India, the UAE, Malaysia, and elsewhere.
We only collect what you choose to give us. Through the enquiry form on our Contact page, that is your name, work email address, organisation, selected area of interest, and the content of your message.
Alongside each submission we record limited technical context: the page the enquiry was sent from, the referring page, your browser's user-agent string, and the time of submission. This is used to route the enquiry correctly and to identify automated abuse of the form.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics profiling on this site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Enquiry data is used for one purpose: to understand your request and respond to it. It is routed directly to ZIDEA's delivery team, and it is a consultant, not an automated sequence, who reads and replies to it.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third-party marketers, and we do not add enquirers to unrelated marketing lists. If a conversation progresses into a commercial engagement, any further handling of your data is governed by the contract for that engagement rather than by this policy.
To operate the site and the enquiry form we rely on a small number of service providers acting as data processors under our instruction: Cloudflare, for site hosting, delivery, and the Turnstile anti-abuse check on our form; and our corporate email provider, for receiving and storing enquiry correspondence. These providers may process data outside your country of residence. We do not authorise them to use your data for their own purposes.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months so that we have context if you contact us again, then deleted. Correspondence connected to an active or completed engagement is retained for as long as the engagement requires, plus any period we are required to keep records for legal, tax, or audit purposes.
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and enquiry data is held in access-controlled corporate systems available only to the ZIDEA staff who need it. No system is absolutely secure, but we apply the same access-control and least-privilege discipline to our own environment that we implement for regulated clients.
You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your data from our records. You may also withdraw consent for us to contact you further at any time. Send the request through our Contact page; we acknowledge within one business day and complete verified requests within 30 days.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date shown above. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page for a reasonable period afterwards.
